It sounds like you're encountering an issue related to Secure Boot. If you're seeing error codes such as VAN9001, VAN9002, VAN9003, VAN9005, or VAN9006, this is usually due to configuration issues with Secure Boot, TPM, or your Windows version.
Here’s a general guide to enable Secure Boot or TPM:
1. Verify BIOS Mode (UEFI or Legacy):
- Open "System Information" on your computer (search "msinfo32" in the Start menu).
- Check the "BIOS Mode"—it should read "UEFI". If it reads "Legacy", enabling Secure Boot can make your system unbootable.
2. Enable Secure Boot:
- Restart your PC and enter BIOS/UEFI settings (this varies by manufacturer, often DEL, F2, or ESC during boot).
- Find the Secure Boot option (usually under "Boot" or "Security" tab) and enable it.
3. Enable TPM:
- In BIOS/UEFI, navigate to "Security" and find TPM (Trusted Platform Module).
- Enable TPM (it can also be listed as PTT for Intel processors).
4. Update Windows (for VAN9006):
- Ensure your Windows version is up-to-date under Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
