I can't play Ranked with friends (started Playing at the same time)
My friend and I were able to play Valorant Ranked from level 13. Actually, this should only be possible from level 20, but that wasn't the case. We are both levels 13 and 14 and have just played 2 ranked rounds but can no longer play together because our ranks seem to be too far apart even though neither of us has a rank. We both only get a rank after 3 more games.

It looks like you managed to access Ranked play earlier than intended, but now you’re facing issues because of the rank disparity rule. Valorant has strict matchmaking mechanisms, especially for new players without established ranks. Here's what you can do:
1. Level Up: Ensure both of you level up to the required level (20) to officially unlock Ranked play.
2. Play Unrated: Continue playing Unrated matches together until both of you reach level 20, which might resolve the early access glitch and prevent further rank disparity issues when you unlock Ranked play properly.
3. Wait for Fix: Sometimes such glitches are resolved via patches. Keep your game updated to ensure any fixes are applied.
You can read more about matchmaking and rank eligibility on the Riot Games support site.
If these steps don't resolve your issue, consider submitting a ticket to Riot's support team for further assistance.
