Please help!
The ranked mode in Valorant just came out on consoles, didn't it, and my friend got a 4-day ban without even playing and not getting a warning for anything. What can be done in this case? Because support is not responding

VALORANT is currently not available on consoles and is exclusively for PC. If your friend received a 4-day ban without apparent reason or warning on their PC account, it's best to check their email for any communication from Riot regarding the ban, as well as reviewing any recent activities that might have triggered it (like software running in the background, or account activity that violates Riot's terms of service).
