I got Permanent Suspension from Valorant.

Hello, I need help from Riot. Apparently, I got a notice saying I got permanently suspended from playing Valorant. It says that I am using a "third-party application" when I clearly am not using anything. I don't use Valorant Tracker or whatever apps related to Valorant. For your information, this happened on Friday, June 27, 2024. It was around 4:40 PM. I was playing Valorant at my local internet cafe. The situation was, I was staying in the lobby, waiting for my friend to come online. Then suddenly I got a notice saying that I was permanently suspended because of the "third-party program" running in the background. I assure you that I am not using any third-party programs running in the background. I am incredibly upset as it says "permanent," which caught me off guard because I do not understand why it suspended me from playing. All the hard work, all the hours I spent grinding, all the money I spent in this game, i wasted now. Riot, please help me by accepting my appeal and lifting my suspension. I had submitted a ticket regarding this issue but I was responded by a bot. I really am desperate to recover my account back because Valorant has been my comfort game since Episode 4, and it is going to hurt me so badly knowing all the efforts I put in my account are gone in just a flip of switch. I can't bare to introduce myself to another new game or restarting everything over again. Please help me, Riot. I really need help right now. Thank you for reading this message.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Permanent suspensions are serious and typically involve thorough reviews from Riot. If you believe the suspension is a mistake and have already submitted a ticket, here are some additional steps you can take: 1. Provide Detailed Information: Ensure that your ticket includes all relevant details, such as timestamped logs, third-party software running during the time of suspension, and any other pertinent information that could demonstrate you were not using prohibited software. 2. Check for Third-Party Software: Sometimes, software unrelated to Valorant, like certain overlays, hardware monitoring tools, or even macro software, can trigger false positives. Make sure none of these are running. 3. Multiple Tickets: Avoid submitting multiple tickets as it can slow down the resolution process. Instead, updating your current ticket with more information may be helpful. 4. Patience in Response: Human review can take some time, so be patient while they investigate further. For further assistance, continue to communicate through the Riot support portal. You can follow up on your existing ticket if you have more evidence or information to provide.
