ASP.Net WebForm application is becoming slower after precompiling it in Azure

Hello everyone, Recently we deployed a precompiled ASP.Net Webform application in Azure App Service because of cold startup of instances. But we found that requests are taking significantly long time now. Can anyone help me on that why is that happening? TIA
