Error VAN9003 indicates that Secure Boot needs to be enabled to play VALORANT. Here are the steps to enable Secure Boot:
1. Check Firmware Mode:
- First, determine if your system is using Legacy BIOS or UEFI mode. Enabling Secure Boot on a Legacy BIOS system can cause issues. You may find this information in your BIOS/UEFI settings or via system information.
2. Access BIOS/UEFI:
- Restart your computer and enter BIOS/UEFI by pressing a specific key during boot (usually F2, DEL, or ESC).
3. Enable Secure Boot:
- In the BIOS/UEFI menu, navigate to the Boot or Security tab.
- Locate the Secure Boot option and enable it.
4. Save and Exit:
- Save the changes and reboot your PC.
After enabling Secure Boot, try launching VALORANT again. If you encounter the same issue or if your system used Legacy BIOS, you might need to reinstall Windows in UEFI mode.
