ranked up twice, no buddy
didnt get a buddy for my rank. played two games at the peak too

Ranked Gun Buddies are typically awarded based on your Act Rank, which is the highest rank you achieved during the Act. If you didn't receive your Ranked Gun Buddy, make sure you have met the requirements: reaching the necessary rank and playing at least one game at that rank during the Act.
If you're sure you met these requirements but still didn't receive your buddy, it could be a bug or delay. In such cases, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the Riot Games Support site for further assistance.
