I can't make a conductor's cap

whenever I run the wool through the mechanical saw nothing happens

FIXED my saw was just too fast to do it

to fast? I didnt know that could even be an issue XD

Same, was really confusing Ig my 5 max steam engines combined with a max rotation speed controller is overkill

I realy didn't think that would be an issue, I don't think anything else has a max speed!
