Zara partial refund?

bought something from zara now theres a sale but the item i just bought at full price is now very discounted (saw on app) and now i wanna know if i can contact customer service and get the difference refunded or not? tried googling it but the website is down for the sale so cant read their terms and policy there sadly thats not in the app(that i can find) so if anyone knows it will help i ve heard of this being done before but idk if its possible at zara

thank you did and naur its like hnm they have a refund closet to process refunds so if i wanted it id have to go to the store tomorrow after the refund had been processed context i worked at hnm before
