SLOW LOADING AND UNKNOWN COMP BAN

I even submitted a ticket regarding this that happened like 2 weeks ago that I got a 7day comp ban because I didn't load into the game for over 10 rounds (3-10) and I had to restart my pc (if I didn't maybe it wouldn't load me at all) and despite that I carried the game to ot but the match drew. So they said they can't do anything about it, the usual bs and today I got another 7day comp ban for no fucking reason. I played 4 comps smoothly and I played an unrated yesterday. Again the game didn't load me into that unrated for a long time till I had to restart again. And again we won from 3-9 to 13-12. And today there's a 7day comp ban again and I don't want to wait when I clearly didn't fuck up my comp games recently
