Email Riot Console Valorant
I've sent an email to riot but no answer so ima just sent it here in case a support sees this.
Hi,
I address you this email because for the past 3 hours, I've tried to contact Riot support in every way I could for a problem I'm having. When I went on the support website, it told me to verify my email. Tried to go on the base valorant website and re-send it from there. Nothing. No email. So I wasn't able to contact Riot Support and open a ticket.
The reason I contact is even more absurd than the fact that support is completely broken. While playing the beta, I've had some crashing issues while playing. Since it is a beta, I understood that and just submitted the crash to PlayStation. It wasn't a big deal even tho I had some queue penalties for being "AFK" , even though I was not, but it wasn't a lot. But what happened today is really inconvenient for me. While playing some Unrated matches, my game crashed. I tried to go back in and was crashing again. I understand that it is a beta but two crashes in a row is problematic. The worst comes now, after that I waited a few minutes since the game was just crashing, when I started the game I was welcomed by a 7 dan restriction from competitive and PBE and a 1 hour and 30 minutes queue penaltie. I was really enjoying valorant and my experience was great but this broken "AFK monitoring" that bans people who crashes during a BETA is destroying the fun i'm having. Sorry if I've seem like a hater but I'm enjoying valorant and I don't want a game problem to affect me, I sincerely have no power on this. Please fix this, my Riot ID is saido7x#213.
