I added a Custom HTML, why is zaraz only available on the home page domain.com, but not on a page like domain.com/other/ ?

Are both proxied through Cloudflare (orange clouded) and have you tried the Zaraz Debugger?
Yeah, and on the same domain name, in fact is I now this domain name, https://wangyifang.com/ and https://wangyifang.com/web/pccs/

And what is a "Zaraz Debugger"?
Check the docs, they outline what the debugger is and how to use it.
I see the Zaraz Debugger, but this is the same as if I had used the "zaraz" command directly, in my no effect page, it still says:
