lm sensors / k10temp detecting cpu incorrectly?

So I have been missing around with lm sensors, and noticed that it seems to be detecting my cpu incorrectly. I have a Zen3 5950x, but when running sensors-detect it is detecting it as part of the 17h (zen2) family instead of 19h (zen3). Couldnt find any good info for trying to fix this with a google search so am looking for some guidance on this.

We do not change this and by the sound of it is just visual as it probably used the same driver as zen2. The fix would be to fix the module lm-sensors uses and make a custom kernel module or even a custom kernel, both meaning you would need a custom image. Or just wait for upstream to fix

Yeah I figured there was not much that could be done on this end. Well it is a minor and likely harmless issue so not to big of a deal either way
