HELP : Valorant won't lunch because Vanguard Won't install on my pc

I've had this problem forever only on this pc. Someone told me that the problem was my antivirus that blocked the Vanguard installation, but I deactivated mine, tried to install Vanguard AGAIN and It still did the same issue. Please HELP ME...
