Everytime I play VALORANT, I used to get atleast 60-70 fps in game. Now I get 20-30 fps. I don't know what happened and I even cleared my storage and I have 80+gb of free space. If you guys are wondering what my specs are here it is: Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U 1.30 GHz Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (7.72 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor It's windows 11 and my graphics driver is the Intel iRIS XE

It sounds like your FPS drop might be due to several potential issues. Here’s a general troubleshooting guide: 1. Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure your Intel iRIS XE graphics drivers are up to date. Visit Intel's website for the latest version. 2. Background Processes: Close any unnecessary background applications that may be using CPU or RAM. 3. In-Game Settings: Lower your in-game graphics settings. VALORANT may have automatically increased settings after an update. 4. Power Settings: Check your power plan settings. Ensure your laptop is set to High Performance mode. 5. Thermal Throttling: Check for overheating issues. Clean out any dust from vents, and ensure proper ventilation. 6. Windows Updates: Confirm that your Windows 11 is fully up-to-date. 7. Reset Settings: Reset in-game settings to default and make necessary adjustments for performance. 8. Reinstall Game: If nothing else works, consider reinstalling VALORANT. If the issue persists, you might want to create a ticket on Riot Support for a more detailed investigation.
