my valorant lags every few seconds even though my graphics settings is low

- Ryzan 5 PRO 4650 with Radeon Graphics
- AMD Radeon RX 6600
- Klevv Cras XR RGB 8GB 4266MHz
no idea why it lags when its only Valorant and discord open in the background
