Server lagging when players join

I just started my server today but the server becomes very laggy when players join. Here is my spark profile: https://spark.lucko.me/lE2wNXApen. Does anyone know what may be causing the issue? My plugin list is attached and I am using PurpurMC 1.20.6.

Don't use /spark profiler open The profiler is expired now so we can't read it Please send a new one by running '/spark profiler stop'

Spawners & datapacks are your main problem

i see by spawers you mean mob spawners right so you reckon if i get rid of my datapacks the lag might go away?

If possible, try find plugin alternatives for all datapacks if necessary, and remove ones you don’t need
