The "Sorry, we're having trouble signing you in right now" error typically indicates a connection issue between your client and the VALORANT servers. Here's a step-by-step troubleshooting guide you can try: 1. Restart your router and modem: Resetting your network equipment can resolve common connection issues.
2. Check your firewall and antivirus settings: Ensure VALORANT and Riot Client are allowed through your firewall and not blocked by your antivirus software. 3. Run as Administrator: Run both the VALORANT and Riot Client executables as an administrator. 4. Flush your DNS: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and execute the following commands:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset

5. Update Network Drivers: Ensure your network drivers are up-to-date. 6. Reinstall Riot Vanguard and VALORANT: Uninstall Riot Vanguard using the "Add or Remove Programs" feature, then restart your PC. Relaunch VALORANT to reinstall Riot Vanguard. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may be a temporary server problem, so frequently check the support site for updates. For persistent issues, consider submitting a ticket to Riot Games support for further assistance.
