Unfortunately, VALORANT is currently only available on PC, so any AFK penalties would have to be addressed through the game client on a computer, not a console. If you believe the penalty was applied unfairly, you can appeal it by submitting a ticket:
1. Visit the Riot Games support page: https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us.
2. Click on "Submit a Ticket" at the top right.
3. Log in with your Riot Games account.
4. Select "Account Management, Data Requests, or Deletion" and then explain your situation in detail.
