Files and URLs with spaces breaking or 404ing
Hello. I am testing out hosting and switching from netlify to cloudflare pages in order to get a feel for the process.
My problems comes from having files that contain spaces in them and those files not loading and 404ing. Specifically images. I tried going back in to the code and added the encoding for URI and on my machine it runs fine, and on netlify it ran fine, but when pushed to cloudflare (with the encoding) it still does not display the images and links to them 404.
The images are hardcoded from the public folder as I am in the process of moving them to an API call.
I tried looking for the settings, added my domain to cloudflare and looked through the rules for URL/URI normalization, but I was unable to find what I needed to fix the issue.
Essentially, why won't assets or links with spaces in them load? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Update: When using inspect element on Chrome and viewing the sources, any file/image with a space in the name is simply not loaded. This is despite the fact that on the CF pages when checking the deployment and build, I see those assets missing in the 'assets uploaded' section.
