I want to go pro.
I am 15, Immo 3 315rr and want to go pro, however no teams want me and I will be eligible to compete in the beacon tournament next year so if anyone needs a high skill operator player and entry for that I am here. More generally what is the best way about becoming a pro in this game and what advice would you give me?

To go pro in VALORANT, you need to focus on multiple avenues of development and exposure:
1. Consistency and Performance:
- Continue playing at a high level and try to maintain or improve your rank.
- Make sure to perform consistently in high-stakes matches.
2. Exposure:
- Participate in community tournaments, scrims, and any other competitive opportunities.
- Stream your gameplay on platforms like Twitch and share highlights on social media to increase visibility.
3. Network:
- Engage with the VALORANT community on social media, forums, and Discord servers.
- Network with other players, coaches, and managers to learn about opportunities and get noticed.
4. Improvement:
- Analyze your own gameplay and learn from high-level players.
- Focus on both mechanical skills and game sense.
- Try to find a mentor or coach who can provide personal feedback and guidance.
5. Joining Teams:
- Keep applying for team tryouts and be prepared to accept lower-tier team offers initially.
- Demonstrate your skills and work ethic in team settings to catch the eye of higher-tier teams.
Persistence, professionalism, and continuous improvement are key.
