Is there any way of getting in touch about a EAC ban? Filled the form, but still banned after 30 days, although I have not cheated.

I have read the !banned, and would not like to take peoples time on this, I just am not sure what to do as I have not cheated

If its been more that 30 days. Looks like eac has declined the appeal
i don’t really understand how it got declined, I did nothing wrong
like, i get it that automated anti cheats might miss the mark, their job is really hard
but being hit by a ban out the blue and waiting 30+ for no contact is a bummer since i know i have not cheated
and there is nothing i can really do about it
