unable to uninstall

I tried to uninstall valorant, however it wouldn’t allow me to do so saying riot client is still running. I uninstalled vanguard and stopped riot client process in task manager. That still didn’t work, so after searching online I tried following the guide and deleted any file I could find related to riot games but I still have the apps here but cannot uninstall them.
