i get 4 options
.
win+r, msinfo32, send a photo
sending
win+r, tpm.msc, send a photo
Your system does not support tpm 2.0
You'll need to contact Riot to drop the restriction from their end.
what should i do?
oh
what kind of restriction do i have
can you guide me through, i don't know what i should write in the ticket.
Say that you have to enable tpm because vanguard is asking you and provide a screenshot. Then you can tell them that you wanted the discord and then you were notified that the fourth gen intel cpu, doesn't support tpm 2.0. And you were forwarded by me
If you want you can even provide the screenshot or just the actual text of this conversation
do i need to attach RRT zip file?
Yes
You should be provided two of them
System logs and game logs
After using the riot repair tool
umm are you using win10 or 11
10
i dont think tpm shld be an issue
i suggest you reinstall vanguard
That won't do anything
oh
i guess i'll make the ticket then
you should have done that before
@Saucywan here should i upload ss of our convo?
i just started experiencing these
I would most likely add messages and the images
will do, ty
before, when saucy told you
been 10 mins, still working on it
ahh ok
but if im not wrong, vanguard dosent need tpm or secure boot on win 10
That was the case. But it has now changed.
is my computer too old to run it?
Vanguard imposes requirements based on multiple factors of your computer.
it does for me 🤷
.
@Saucywan i should upload these zip files right?
Technically yes
Yes
I can still read your message
You do not need to send it again
huh
something disappeared
Pretty much any new laptop would work
any priority?
like great cpu or
gpu mostly
isn't valo cpu focused
Any CPU from the past year or two will be able to easily run it. Easily enough where it isnt a concern
You could see some CPU bottlenecks if you have four cores or less
is it true that playing games on professional laptop kills the laptop?
playing for 2-4 hours on professional laptop isn't a concern right?
It depends on the laptop heat can damage the lifespan. But normally laptops are designed to make sure that it doesn't kill it
But normally if this is such a concern the warranty will most likely cover you
As long as you're not suffocating it in wool/carpet
Its temperatures should stay cool enough where heat damaging the lifespan isn't a concern
Yeah?
lmao i thought i found something 😂
Saucy can I disable VBS to play valorant?
hm
Ohh my god ohh my god ohh my god ohh my god
Sorry ignore me for my stupidity
We have had people within the past hour have the same error but you have a different one
Van 9005
Which yes can be disabled if you disabled vbs
Jesus Christ I can't believe I made that mistake
sorrrty 😭
what

Note: You may be asked to enable tpm even after this
But there is a high chance that you can bypass it
Open cmd as admin
should i do it?

Enter
Then restart your computer
Then win+r, msinfo32, send a photo
Then check if virtual based security is on or off
