the topic is cheats ~, if i have a cheat on my device without even using it, the cheat is not even for valorant, will it detect it and ban me?
not that i have a cheat or anything, i have cheat engine, and not actually cheating however just playing around with it, in other web sided games...

Will people get banned if I have a cheat program running for other single player games (like trainers and such)? I remember a program banning people who only had a program installed or had stuff running in the background.

In general we won't ban you for running cheats for other games. The caveat here is that some tools are useful for cheating at multiple games (CheatEngine is one example). If you use CheatEngine to cheat at Binding of Isaac or whatever (I've heard of people using it as a regular debugger for programming too) we don't mind but please don't have it running while you're trying to play VALORANT or we will assume that you want to cheat in this game too.since i cant post the link to more questions answerd, here is something you could search (including the quotation marks) "Valorant anti-cheat lead answers many questions on Reddit" first link
