You're seeing the VAN9005 error, which typically relates to a configuration issue with Secure Boot or TPM. Here are the steps to resolve it: 1. Check Secure Boot: - Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F2, F10, Del, or Esc during boot). - Look for Secure Boot under the Security tab and ensure it's enabled.
2. Check TPM: - In BIOS/UEFI settings, find the TPM option under the Security tab and ensure it's enabled. 3. Verifying BIOS Mode: - Open Run dialog (Win + R), type msinfo32, and press Enter. - In System Information, find BIOS Mode. Ensure it's UEFI, not Legacy. If it's Legacy, you need to switch to UEFI, but be careful as this may require a clean install of Windows. 4. Update Windows: - Go to Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update and ensure your system is up-to-date. For more detailed assistance, refer to this support article from Riot. If the issue persists, consider creating a support ticket with Riot Games.
