You can't change the in-game language directly through the console in VALORANT. To change the language, you'll need to modify the settings through the Riot Client. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Open the Riot Client.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Settings."
3. In the settings menu, you’ll find an option to change the language. Select your desired language from the dropdown menu.
4. Restart the Riot Client and VALORANT for the changes to take effect.
Alternatively, you could change the language by editing the shortcut properties if you're comfortable with that:
1. Right-click on your VALORANT shortcut and select "Properties."
2. In the "Target" field, add
--locale=xx-XX
at the end (replace xx-XX
with your desired language code, such as en-US
for English or ja-JP
for Japanese).
3. Click "Apply" and then "OK."
4. Restart VALORANT to see the changes.
