GIGABITE A620M AMD | how can I enable secure boot and TPM 2.0

Hi everyone, I downloaded Valorant today but I'm on Windows 11 so it needs to have Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 enabled. I have a Gigabite 1620M AMD and can't find any tutorials on how to activate them, the BIOS is different and I never see the same things as shown on the Internet. Could anyone help? Thanks
