Network Blips and pods are not accesisble for some time
In last 2 days, our 2 pods going off the network and suddenly coming back as if nothing happened.

Seems like pods are back again, looks like there might be some issues on some pods temporarily. I will keep an eye on them.
Hmm same thing happening again right after 10 minutes, very weird

-- Similar thing started happening again and one of our pod is fully done, and our production is experiencing outage. I already submitted a ticket but not sure when to get a response back for this kind of emergency. "Your request (5222) has been received" @Papa Madiator, I would really appreciate if you can help us

Power cables replacement is scheduled. Servers will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Expect 2 hours of downtime.
At least this is what I see planed for tomorrow.

Yes, that is why it is weird, it fully went down before maintenance. Is it possible force restart or something on your end? Because it seems that whatever I do resetting the pod etc not even working.

hm ok, thanks for letting me know about this.
I believe if this information can be listed on the pod instead of always "connecting" status, I think it would really help us understand, and take action.
Otherwise we think pod might reconnect etc.
