Hello, my brother turned on cheats on his account but because of that I got banned. Can I somehow get rid of him?

No. The ban is justified, its a HWID (hardware ID) ban, meaning that the pc is suspended, no matter who plays on the device.
Also, if i was you, i´d not "get rid" of my (your) brother, as murder is most likely illegal whereever you live
