To resolve the issue with TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, you'll need to follow these steps: 1. Check TPM Version: Confirm that your motherboard supports TPM 2.0. You can refer to the motherboard's manual or the manufacturer's website.
2. Enable TPM 2.0: - Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing DEL, F2, F10, or ESC during startup). - Navigate to the security, advanced, or boot settings section to find the TPM settings. - If TPM is disabled, enable it. If available, switch from TPM 1.2 to TPM 2.0. 3. Enable Secure Boot: - Still in BIOS/UEFI settings, find the option for Secure Boot and enable it. - Save changes and exit BIOS/UEFI settings. If your hardware does not support TPM 2.0: 1. Update BIOS: Sometimes a BIOS update can enable TPM 2.0 support. Check your motherboard manufacturer's website for any available updates. 2. Upgrade Hardware: If TPM 2.0 support is unavailable, you may need to upgrade to a newer motherboard or computer that supports TPM 2.0.
