Stop rounding cache reserve amounts to the nearest million

I have 2 websites that do very little reads and writes per month but I'm paying ~5$ per month. What's the reason for such a terrible pricing? Where should I go complain?

Why for R2 there is no rounding to the nearest million? There is no mention of such rounding there: https://developers.cloudflare.com/r2/pricing/ What's the next billable unit for R2? But there is no mention anywhere or did I miss them?
