[Feature]: Open Blogs in a New Tab in Digitomize

When a user clicks on a blogs link within the Digitomize application, the blog opens in the same tab, causing the previous page to disappear.
Describe the solution you'd like
When a user clicks on a blogs link, it should open in a new tab, allowing the user to keep the current page open while accessing the blog in a separate tab.
