Some neon is trolling in low ranked competitive
I've reported them multiple times and they say they've been reported multiple times over a 2 week span and haven't been banned or timeouted. I'm hoping someone with ban authority will see the multiple reports on IRONMAN #2249 and do something about their trolling in competitive.
