Make sure to start by checking if your mouse is properly connected and functional in other applications. If it works elsewhere but not in VALORANT, try these steps:
1. Run VALORANT as Administrator: Right-click the VALORANT shortcut and select 'Run as administrator.'
2. Update or Reinstall Mouse Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers for your mouse. Go to your mouse manufacturer's website to download and install them.
3. Switch USB Ports: Sometimes switching the USB port can resolve issues.
4. Disable Overlays: Some overlays (e.g., Discord, GeForce Experience) can interfere with input devices. Try disabling them to see if that helps.
5. Check In-Game Settings: Ensure that VALORANT settings haven't been misconfigured. Go to Settings > Controls and re-bind your mouse buttons if needed.
6. Close Background Applications: Some applications running in the background may interfere with VALORANT. Try closing unnecessary programs.
7. Reinstall VALORANT: If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall VALORANT.

. Thank you!
try turning on raw input buffer
also check if you have any other second input connected to your pc, that could technically work like a mouse (a controller perhaps). afaik valorant blocks every input when more than 1 camera movement input is connected
