HC will cancel on both sides so n1/n2=lambda1x100/lambda2x47

In the Ea formula there was n that is number of photons but in the next step it's not there as you assumed it's 1

They're asking for ratio of number of photons so if you assumed 1 photon was absorbed then the number that is emitted will give the ratio
