my friend tried to refund his upgraded skin using the one time refund but they told its not a feature anymore

As of recent updates, the one-time refund feature for upgraded VALORANT skins is no longer available. Refunds are still possible for unused, non-upgraded cosmetic items within 14 days of purchase. You can submit a support ticket if you need help with specific refund issues or want to see if exceptions can be made.
