Old PC - Everything worked, New PC - Stuttering, Lag, Generally Unplayable
Hey guys, on my old potato this game ran great but once I switched to my new pc I experience stuttering and lag issues. This is despite having alright ping and constant 144fps.
Changing the graphics settings does nothing.
No updates are anything else that would cause issues is occurring.
When running the game it never runs my CPU over 30%
Memory never over 50%
Server with 40 ping.
Says FPS 144 at all times.
It doesn't happen in gun range.
It also doesn't happen when I am standing still doing nothing.
Please help!

specs would be nice on both of the systems and if possible get some logs
do you use logitech mouse?
I have no logs unfortunately. Not sure how I would get them. Old PC specs: Intel i5-14600k, Nvidia GTX 1070, 8G DDR4 RAM, I cant quite remember the rest. New PC Specs: Intel i7-14700KF, Nvidia RTX 4080 SUPER, Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE X WIFI7 (using ethernet however), 16 GB DDR5.

Did you reinstall Windows, or did you just move the storage system to the new PC?
