It looks like your microphone is muted despite having a functional headset and mic. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Mic Settings: Ensure your PlayStation's settings have the correct input device selected. Go to Settings -> Devices -> Audio Devices and select your headset.
2. In-Game Settings: Double-check your in-game voice chat settings. Ensure your mic is enabled and the correct input device is selected.
3. Enable Mic Button: Some headsets have a mute button. Make sure it isn't accidentally switched to mute.
4. PSN Settings: Ensure your privacy settings on PSN allow you to chat with others. Go to Settings -> Account Management -> Privacy Settings -> "Communicate with Friends" and "Participate in Voice Chat".
5. Restart Equipment: Try unplugging your headset and plugging it back in. Also, restart your console.
6. Software Update: Ensure both your console and VALORANT game are updated to the latest versions.
If none of these steps work, consider testing another headset to rule out hardware issues.
