Can't make a ticket request to get email changed
I have tried submitting a request through riot to get my email changed on my account due to me losing access to the email. This is what happens when i submit a ticket. My ticket only appears under 'open' tickets and not 'any' tickets. also I cannot view my ticket as it leads to the error message pictured.

you submitted an account recovery ticket i assume?
those dont show up on the website for privacy and security reasons
as the most common reason for these tickets is that someone else has control of the account (a hacker) and we dont want them to be able to see or interact w/the tickets by logging into the website.

Okay thank you, I don't know how they will contact me through email however because I lost access to the email associated with the account
when you submitted the ticket, it had a field to put your current email. if you didn't get an email after submitting the ticket, then you filled it out wrong. if you put the email you didn't have access to, you'll have to remake the ticket and put in one that you can access.
