As far as I'm aware, you're allowed to use Buildings/ Houses but in the Chill & Drift server; unless this has changed recently. Not in PVP as this would give you an advantage.
They would effect PVP by showing you as floating on their screen, like if you were in a house; or if you were in a building you have interior for, you would just go inside I think on their end? I only have houses, and I only go into the Chill & Drift Server. I never PVP.
The only client side mods I know you aren't allowed to have are cars, and IRL content stuff too. (Like branded Clothing,etc.)
I am intrigued about this too though.

I also dont PVP, I tried yesterday and got destroyed :KEKW: but when doing PVP, I noticed I was standing next to a CSM building, and kinda just sat next to it in passive mode thinking if this is even allowed, so I removed myself from PVP server and just drove around..
Thank you for responding tho! Hopefully Admins give us an response bc some of these mods are so nice and detailed!
