To enable Secure Boot on a Gigabyte BIOS, follow these steps:
1. Enter BIOS Setup: Upon powering on your PC, repeatedly press the
DEL
key (or F2
on some models) to enter the BIOS setup.
2. Navigate to the 'BIOS' tab: You can usually find this at the top of the screen in the BIOS menu.
3. Set 'Windows 8/10 Features' to 'Windows 8/10': This option is located in the same menu where you are currently. Change it from Other OS
to Windows 8/10
.
4. Enable Secure Boot Mode:
- Find the CSM Support
option in the same BIOS menu, and set it to Disabled. This enables Secure Boot.
- Save the changes and exit the BIOS.
5. Save and Exit: Press F10
to save your changes and exit the BIOS.
Make sure your system is using UEFI mode and not Legacy BIOS. Changing some settings might render your system unbootable if not done correctly.
