Low FPS after a Windows 11 upgrade can be caused by various factors. Here are a few suggestions to help you troubleshoot and improve your performance:
1. Update Drivers: Ensure your GPU drivers are up-to-date. Check AMD's website for the latest RX 6600 drivers.
2. Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows 11 is fully updated.
3. Game Settings: Lower in-game graphics settings to see if it improves FPS.
4. Background Programs: Close unnecessary background programs that could be consuming resources.
5. Power Settings: Set your power plan to 'High performance' in Windows settings.
6. DirectX & Visual C++: Update DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables.
7. Game Mode: Enable Game Mode in Windows 11 to optimize gaming performance.
8. Vanguard: Reinstall Riot Vanguard as issues with it can sometimes affect performance.
If these steps don't help, you might want to consider rolling back the Windows update or checking for known issues on the Riot Games support site.

. Thank you!
i used to play on a i3 9100 slapped onto a z370 hd3p and i was getting fps drops from 150 to 67 on gunfights so i decided to finally upgrade my cpu and motherboard
when i installed the new cpu and the new motherboard, i was happy to play on 300+ fps and i was doing so good since i don't have to deal with lag and just go all out on matches
i decided to upgrade my os from w10 to w11 and after I've installed w11, valorant runs on 80-120fps and im getting the same framedrops on direct enemy encounters
anyone knows why this happens?
as of now i still haven't found a fix
for valorant i lose about 100 fps on win11
i just switched back to win10 ngl
might just be poor optimizaiton by microsoft or sum
on win10 i average around 180-240
and on win11 i usually can barely get 100
and ive switched multiple times over the past couple years and nothing has changed
so its like valorant having issues with the operating system and not our machine?
im hoping rito gets this fixed asap
