LLC formation question regarding needing two registered agents. I created a LLC in WY using first base, but now cause I live in New York they want me to do a foreign qualification which will make me get a registered agent in New York. Do I suck it up and pay for 2 registered agent or is it not needed?

I pay for both California and Delaware.. lol my mistake

@totaldev dont you need to pay for taxes if you need to do california only?
