flatpaks HDR
HDR is greyed out on only the flatpak version of moonlight but not the app image. Moonlight flatpak shows hdr capable on steamOS. Currently using bazzite-deck-gnome. Anyway to fix this for flatpaks?

Flatpaks were broken on 3.0 but bazzite 3.5 in testing allows hdr to be enabled in gamemode now
and most recent testing update undid it
