doesn't look like it's been ported to plasma 6 yet. https://invent.kde.org/plasma/latte-dock/-/issues/134 so you can't use it until they get that done.
and what do i do when thats done?
there are instructions for installing via rpm, once they have ported it you should be able to install it like any other rpm package.
