UNFAIR SUSPENSION AND MY PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED WITH SUPPORT.

I was permanently banned from the Valorant game due to a 3rd party application, but I did not attempt to cheat in any way. I sent a ticket to support and was told that it would be reviewed, and today the ticket appears to be resolved, but I have not received any positive or negative feedback. Seriously, your Riot support is extremely bad.

well this seems like a serious problem, you need to go on the website and make more tickets till it resolves, there are really less chances of it getting fixed through DISCORD, wish you best of luck.
