Lost access to stuff ?

Hi I logged on today and it gave me a message saying I lost access to certain stuff like battle pass xp boost, ect now I only have 5 characters I can play but before I could use all of them . It also said I could visit this website to learn how to retrieve it but I can’t find the website. Any Help pls ?
