I'm bad with Pistols

I feel like my aim is pretty good for my rank, but every time I pick up a classic or ghost I feel like it turns to crap. Sheriff I'm okay with, but I don't use it often. Does anyone have a theory on why this happens? My only guess is that I don't take my time as much with my shots. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to improve pistol aim specifically?

It's common for players to struggle with pistols since these weapons often require different aim mechanics and precision compared to rifles. Here are some tips to help improve your pistol aim: 1. Crosshair Placement: Make sure your crosshair is always at head level. This will reduce the need for extensive adjustments during engagements.
2. Practice Flick Shots: Use aim trainers or practice modes to work on your flick shots with pistols. This helps you improve your reaction time and aiming precision.
3. Slow Down: With pistols, accuracy often trumps speed. Take your time to line up shots, especially with the Classic and Ghost.
4. Recoil Control: Spend time in shooting range to understand each pistol's recoil pattern. The Classic and Ghost reset a lot quicker if you pace your shots rather than spamming.
5. Game Sense: Positioning and movement matter. Try to minimize peek angles and take advantage of head-glitch spots where only your head is visible.
6. Sheriff Practice: Even though you don't use the Sheriff often, practicing with it can help because it requires precision and control, which translates well to other pistols. Regular practice in these areas should gradually improve your pistol game. Consider integrating these tips in both practice and live matches.
