Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you suspect players of cheating or using unfair software, the best course of action is to report them directly in-game. You can do this by opening the scoreboard, right-clicking on the offending player's name, and selecting "Report". You can also submit a ticket through the Riot Games support website for a more detailed report: Riot Games Support.
Please include as much evidence as possible, such as match history, timestamps, and any video clips you may have. Riot takes these reports seriously and will investigate.

What do I do next time? That's my fourth cheater in my life. What choice if I get caught with it again? Some people get banned immediately, but how many reports my team and I have thrown, they lived not just a whole match, but a lot of time afterwards. What choice is left - to hope, suffer and waste time waiting for them to be banned during the match, and then with no guarantees at all, as it was in this case...? Open a ticket on the site during the match, be afk, go against the rules? What do the developers think I should do except give up, because rr as I realised they don't refund(
